I was at Target the other day and needed underwear. Not because I was out of clean ones (I was), but because I needed more decent pairs that didn’t just drape over me like worn-out gauze, or fit too tight and make me pull them away from “myself” all the time. I’ve sworn off the Hanes and Fruit of the Loom brands because they always stretch vertically in the most unflattering way. Then I saw the attractively packaged (heh) Pair of Thieves boxer briefs.
I picked the SuperSoft Boxer Briefs because the pattern was the least gaudy and the fabric was indeed SuperSoft. Since this was a new brand to me, I went with a pair of medium and a pair of large. The large pair is like what you would suppose The Dude would wear if he wore boxer briefs. Supportive enough, but also roomy. No rushing. The medium pair is tighter but not tight, however it’s more like “let’s get some shit done”. Still supremely comfortable and soft.
Another plus: neither pair is overly “pouchy” if you know what I mean. They just look like boxer briefs that don’t give away your whole underlying topography.
Let it be known that I get nothing from linking to their site. No affiliate codes, no promotional kickbacks. Just the knowledge that I’ve saved possibly one more person the time spent doing research. Also, the ones I bought did not cost $20 like the ones online do. They were quite a bit cheaper. But they really do make one consider the “replace your whole drawer” idea.

These are the jeans I bought a couple of weeks ago. I should have included them in my post about the Short Pump Levi’s Store disappearing. Anyway, all you need to know is the 514 style is cut just right, it’s a little stretchy, doesn’t look ridiculous, and you feel younger in them. And the colors, the colors!
