I STILL have the first cassette I bought with my own money and it still frickin' plays. I can f*** up a CD in 15 seconds without even trying. Not to mention, if I were excruciatingly careful with my CD's the would n't last over 20 years I bet :) The first cassette I bought was Kim Carnes' Betty Davis Eyes. You can laugh.
